Performance Anxiety

Stage fright and anxiety will reduce your motivation, performance, and enjoyment. By learning how to cope with anxiety you will change not only your acting, but also other aspects of your life. 

Performance anxiety is common, the fear and panic associated with public speaking causes the same uncomfortable symptoms (heart palpitations, sweating, dizziness, panic, rapid breathing, trembling, shaking, lightheaded). This is your body preparing to escape! You can learn how to manage these physical symptoms and how to change the thoughts that drive them.
